Closing Stock Price definition

Closing Stock Price means the Stock Price as of the last day of any Performance Measurement Period.
Closing Stock Price means the average closing price of one share of Common Stock for the twenty consecutive trading days that include and immediately precede the last day of the Performance Period.
Closing Stock Price of a share of Stock shall be the closing quotation on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) for the applicable date (or an applicable substitute exchange or quotation system if the NYSE is no longer applicable).
