Initial Share Price for a Share means the Closing Price on the Exchange (or where such Exchange does not announce or publish a Closing Price, the last traded price, or, if necessary, the mid-market price) for that Share on the Initial Valuation Date, subject to adjustments that may be made pursuant to “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Adjustments and Exceptional Circumstances”.
Initial Share Price means the closing price of the Common Shares on the Stock Exchange on the last trading day of the year immediately prior to the first year of any Measurement Period, provided, however, that, with respect to calculation of the Incentive Fee in the years ending December 31, 2014 and December 31, 2015, the Initial Share Price shall be the closing price of the Common Shares on the Stock Exchange on the last trading day of the year ending December 31, 2013.

Initial Share Price means the price of one Share in the Share Currency quoted on the Exchange at the Valuation Time on the Strike Date (or such other definition, if any, as may be specified in the Final Terms), as determined by the Calculation Agent.
