Collateral Trust Joinder definition

Collateral Trust Joinder means (i) with respect to the provisions of this Agreement relating to any Additional Parity Lien Debt, an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B, and (ii) with respect to the provisions of this Agreement relating to the addition of additional Grantors, an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C.
Collateral Trust Joinder means (1) with respect to the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement relating to any additional Stock Secured Debt, an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to the Collateral Trust Agreement and (2) with respect to the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement relating to the addition of additional Pledgors, an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C to the Collateral Trust Agreement.
Collateral Trust Joinder means, with respect to the provisions of the Collateral Trust Agreement relating to the addition of additional obligations, an agreement substantially in the form attached to the Collateral Trust Agreement.
