Pledge Supplement means any supplement to this agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit A.

Pledge Supplement means a Pledge Supplement, in substantially the form of Exhibit IV annexed hereto, in respect of the additional Pledged Equity or Pledged Debt pledged pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Pledge Supplement in a sentence

Any Pledged Collateral described in a Pledge Supplement delivered by such Grantor shall thereafter be deemed to be listed on Exhibit A hereto.
In the event that it hereafter acquires or has any Commercial Tort Claim as to which a complaint (or the equivalent thereof) has been filed in a court of competent jurisdiction equal to or in excess of $2,500,000, it shall notify the Collateral Agent of such Commercial Tort Claim and deliver to the Collateral Agent a completed Pledge Supplement together with all Supplements to Schedules thereto, identifying such new Commercial Tort Claim.
Upon delivery of any such Pledge Supplement to the Collateral Agent, notice of which is hereby waived by Grantors, each Additional Grantor shall be a Grantor and shall be as fully a party hereto as if such Additional Grantor were an original signatory hereto.
Attached hereto is a Pledge Supplement with the information with respect to the Additional Grantor required under Section 2 of the Security Agreement.
Within five (5) Business Days of the creation or acquisition of any new Pledged Interests, each Grantor shall execute a supplement to Exhibit A in the form of Annex II (a “Pledge Supplement”) and deliver such Pledge Supplement to the Secured Party.

More Definitions of Pledge Supplement

Pledge Supplement means an agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Pledge Agreement, or in another form reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower, pursuant to which a Subsidiary becomes a party to, and bound by, the terms of the Pledge Agreement.
