Collective Members definition

Collective Members means a non-incorporated organisation, which is a Member. “Committee” means a committee established by the Directors under clause 22 “Constitution” means this Constitution of WPNSWI.
Collective Members means all persons who joined this Litigation by filing consent to join forms and who work or worked as an Associate Professional System Administrator and/or Professional System Administrator for Defendant, who have not withdrawn such consent to join forms, and whose claims were resolved by the Judgment in this Litigation.
Collective Members means any person or all persons who fall within the definition of the Collective.

More Definitions of Collective Members

Collective Members means those individuals who: (i) previously filed a consent-to-join form in this Action and became a “party plaintiff” under 29 U.S.C. § 216(b); and (ii) who, as of the date this Settlement Agreement is executed, have neither voluntarily withdrawn nor been dismissed from this Action by the Court. A list of all Settlement Collective Members is attached as Exhibit C.

  • Class B Members means any Persons to whom Class B Membership Units are issued, and any assignee or transferee of such Persons permitted under the terms of this Agreement, and any other Person admitted to the Company in the future as a Class B Member pursuant to the terms hereof. The names of the Class B Members, and the Percentage Interests allocated to each such Class B Member, shall be reflected in the books and records of the Company.

  • Military service member means a person who is serving in the armed forces of the United States or in an active reserve component of the armed forces of the United States, including the national guard.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Life Member means an Individual appointed as a Life Member of the Club under clause 5.2.
