Examples of Common Depositary in a sentence
Definitive Notes may be transferred or exchanged in whole or in part only in the authorized denominations of the DTC Notes or Common Depositary Notes issued in global form for which they were exchanged.
A person having an interest in a DTC Note or Common Depositary Note issued in global form shall provide Freddie Mac or the Global Agent with a written order containing instructions and such other information as Freddie Mac or the Global Agent may require to complete, execute and deliver such definitive Notes in authorized denominations.
Original Notes shall be deposited with (i) the Global Agent as a custodian for, and registered in the name of a nominee of, DTC, or (ii) the Global Agent as a Common Depositary, and registered in the name of such Common Depositary or a nominee of such Common Depositary.
Notes that are deposited with a Common Depositary and that will clear and settle through the systems operated by Euroclear, Clearstream and/or any such other applicable clearing system other than DTC.
Upon issuance of any Common Depositary Note to be held on deposit by the Global Agent, the Registrar or its duly appointed agent shall record the name of CEDE & CO.
