Common Depository definition

Common Depository has the meaning specified in Section 304(b).
Common Depository means DTC, Clearstream, Luxembourg and Euroclear, as applicable.

  • DTC and the Common Depository will have no direct obligation to a beneficial owner that is not also a DTC Participant, with respect to such Note.
