Company Related Person means any Affiliate of the Company (other than any Subsidiary of the Company) and any Person who is a director, officer or other employee, general partner, partner, manager, principal or member of the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective Affiliates, or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing.

Company Related Person means any Group Company and/or any Director, officer, Employee, or management company of any Group Company;

Company Related Person has the meaning set forth in Section 3.24.

Examples of Company Related Person in a sentence

The Company will promptly notify the Placement Agent in writing of (1) any Disqualification Event relating to any Company Related Person and (2) any event that would, with the passage of time, become a Disqualification Event relating to any Company Related Person.

Company Related Person means any shareholder owning 5% or more of the Company Common Stock, any director or executive officer of Company or any Company Subsidiary, their spouses and any children or other persons who share the same household with such persons, and any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, proprietorship, trust, or other entity of which any such persons, alone or together, have control.
