Company Share Plans definition

Company Share Plans mean (a) the Company’s Stock Related Award Incentive Plan of 1999, as amended; (b) the Company’s 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended; and (c) the Company’s 2015 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended;

Company Share Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

Company Share Plans means, collectively, the 2011 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, the Amended and Restated 2014 Equity Incentive Plan, the 2014 Non-Employee Equity Plan, as amended, the Amended and Restated 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, the 2020 Employee Share Purchase Plan, and the Amended and Restated 2020 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended, including any sub-plans thereto.

Examples of Company Share Plans in a sentence

• All other terms of the Unvested Company Options shall continue to be subject to the terms of the respective Company Share Plans and award agreements.

• Company has made available to Acquiror complete and accurate copies of all Company Share Plans and the forms of all award agreements evidencing outstanding awards under such plans.

Company Share Plans means the Company 2007 Incentive Compensation Plan, the Company 2003 Section 102 Stock Option/Stock Purchase Plan, the Company 2001 Section 102 Stock Option/Stock Purchase Plan and the Company 2001 Stock Option Plan, in each case, as amended.
