Equity Plans definition

Equity Plans meanss the stock option and incentive plans adopted and maintained by the Company from time to time.
Equity Plans means the Company’s stock option plans, restricted stock plans, incentive plans, equity participation plans, or other similar plans, and any stock option or restricted stock agreements or other award agreements used in connection therewith.
Equity Plans means the Adobe Systems Incorporated 1994 Stock Option Plan, the Adobe Systems Incorporated 1994 Amended Performance and Restricted Stock Plan, the Adobe Systems Incorporated 1999 Nonstatutory Stock Option Plan, the Adobe Systems Incorporated 2003 Equity Incentive Plan, the Adobe Systems Incorporated 2005 Special Purpose Equity Incentive Plan, and any other equity-based incentive plan or arrangement adopted or assumed by the Company, and any future equity-based incentive plan or arrangement adopted or assumed by the Company, but shall not include the Adobe Systems Incorporated 1997 Employee Stock Purchase Plan or any other plan intended to be qualified under Section 423 of the Code.
