Consulting Fees means the fees charged to Customer by Idaptive for Consulting Services.

Unless otherwise agreed in the applicable Order Form, You will pay the Subscription Fee, the Consulting Fees and any other fees and expenses incurred in connection with the Agreement within thirty (30) days of the date of the applicable invoice.
