Consulting Term definition

Consulting Term means the period of time from the Employment Separation Date to and including June 30th, 2022;

Consulting Term means period of time from the Employment Separation Date to and including June 30, 2020;

Consulting Term means the time period following the Retirement Date during which the Executive is engaged to perform Consulting Services under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Consulting Term

Consulting Term means period of time from the Employment Separation Date to and including March 1, 2024 unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement;

Consulting Term is defined in paragraph 13.

Consulting Term means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier of the second anniversary of the Effective Date or the date on which the Consulting Term is sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions hereof, provided that, if the Consulting Term is otherwise terminated pursuant to Section 3.07(a)(iv), the Consulting Term shall nevertheless be deemed to continue until its originally scheduled expiration date solely for purposes of Section 3.02.
