Content Direct Services definition

Content Direct Services means those services performed by CSG or its agent to provide access to the Content Direct System as described in an executed CD Service Order but does not include any CD Technical Services.
Content Direct Services means those services performed by CSG under this Agreement to provide Customer access to the Content Direct System as identified in Schedule B, Schedule E, and Schedule E-1 of this Agreement but does not include any Professional Services.
Content Direct Services means those services performed by CSG to Sony DADC and resold (and /or performed by) Sony DADC under this Agreement to provide Third Party Customer access to the Content Direct System. Content Direct Services does not include any Professional Services or consulting services.

  • Customer agrees to promptly inform CSG in writing (email acceptable) of any breach by Third Party Customer of a Third Party Customer Agreement that relates to CSG’s rights in the Content Direct System or Content Direct Services.

  • The payment processor gateway encrypts Consumer Information to ensure that information passes securely between the Content Direct Services and CustomerMOR’s credit card processing partner to authorize credit cards and settle credit card transactions for deposit of funds with the CustomerMOR’s designated merchant bank (the “Payment Processor Gateway Service”).

  • The Content Direct Services are provided in English (US) at no additional charge, and additional languages are available as provided in Section II(M) of Schedule A.

Related to Content Direct Services

  • Direct services means special education services provided by a special education teacher when the services are related to instruction, including cooperative teaching.

  • Direct service means providing services to minor or vulnerable adult when the services are rendered in the physical presence of the minor or vulnerable adult. Services include, but are not limited to: providing individual services such as counseling, mentoring, job coaching, training, job search activities, testing or providing mental health and medical services to DWS customers.   • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Indirect services means special education services provided by a special education teacher which include ongoing progress reviews; cooperative planning; consultation; demonstration teaching; modification and adaptation of the environment, curriculum, materials, or equipment; and direct contact with children with disabilities to monitor and observe.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;
