Contract Deficiency definition

Contract Deficiency means a deficiency in the Work, or part thereof, for which the Contractor is responsible under the Contract and includes a deficiency in any design for which the Contractor is responsible.

• CONTRACT DEFICIENCY REPORT The Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) may issue a Contract Deficiency Report (CDR), SFLC Form 005.

• Deliveries beyond 30 days may be considered as a Service Contract Deficiency.
