Except as otherwise designated by a Contract Modification, no Contract Progress Schedule that extends performance beyond the Contract Time and/or beyond any Contract Milestone shall be approved by the Engineer.

The Project Manager has executed a Change Order that changes or will change the planned sequence or duration of controlling items of Work or Critical Path activities shown on the SOR or will impact the Completion Date of an interim Contract Milestone or the Contract Time Limit.

Neither the updating or revision of Contractor’s Detailed Construction Schedule nor the submission, updating, change or revision of any report or schedule submitted to Engineer by Contractor under this Section nor Engineer’s review or non-objection of any such report or schedule shall have the effect of amending or modifying, in any way, the Contract Time, any Contract Completion Date, or Contract Milestone Dates or of modifying or limiting in any way Contractor’s obligations under this Contract.
