Contracting Party definition

Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Contracting Party means a state or Regional Economic Integration Organization which has consented to be bound by this Treaty and for which the Treaty is in force.
Contracting Party means any country party to the Agreement or any State or intergovernmental organization party to the Protocol;

Examples of Contracting Party in a sentence

  • The PEI shall not make any change to any detail of the Course set out in Schedule A unless it has obtained the prior written consent of the Contracting Party and, where required under the Private Education Act 2009 or the subsidiary legislation thereunder, the prior written consent of SSG.
