Contracting Body definition

Contracting Body means the Department for Work and Pensions and any contracting body described in the OJEU Notice
Contracting Body means the Authority and any other person as listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Bodies” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Where the change to the ISMS and/or Security Plan addresses a non-compliance with the Security Policy or Security Requirements, the Supplier shall implement the change at no additional cost to the Authority or any Contracting Body.
