Contractor’s Representative definition

Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

Contractor’s Representative means the person named by the Contractor in the Contract or appointed from time to time by the Contractor, who acts on behalf of the Contractor.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Representative

Contractor’s Representative means the person named by the Contract or in the Contractor appointed from time to time by the Contractor under Sub-Clause 4.3 [Contractor's Representative], who acts on behalf of the Contractor.

Contractor’s Representative means a person in supervisory capacity who shall be so declared by the Contractor and who shall be authorized under duly executed Power of Attorney to receive materials issued by the Purchaser to the Contractor for the works. Contractor’s Representative means a competent person appointed by the Contractor to be its representative in relation to the performance of the Contract who will receive and act on any directions given by the Contract Manager;
