Control Rules definition

Control Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(d).
Control Rules means the UK’s subsidy control regime, including the Subsidy Control Act 2022 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act, subsidy control commitments contained in the UK-EU Trade and Co-operation Agreement, commitments on subsidies arising from the UK’s membership of the WTO, and, where relevant, any other subsidy control rules that are binding on the United Kingdom including the EU State aid rules as set out in Article 107-109 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union and associated regulations and guidelines under the Northern Ireland Protocol; TCA has the meaning given in paragraph 18.1;

Related to Control Rules
