Controlled Items definition

Controlled Items means controlled items specified in a notice 20
Controlled Items means controlled items specified in a notice published by the Committee in the Gazette in terms of section 27(3);’’;
Controlled Items means any hardware, software, Deliverable Data, other technical information or technical/defense services to be provided by Contractor hereunder that is subject to controls under Export Control Laws.

  • Contractor shall apply for and, once issued, maintain U.S. Government export licenses, agreements and other approvals that are required for Foreign Person personnel and/or representatives of Purchaser to have access to Contractor facilities, and/or obtain Controlled Items in connection with the performance of this Contract.

  • To that end, Purchaser and its personnel and/or representatives shall enter into such U.S. Government-approved agreement(s), separate from this Contract, governing Contractor’s provision of Controlled Items, as may be reasonably required in order for Contractor to perform its obligations under this Contract.

  • In no event shall Contractor be obligated under this Contract to provide access to Contractor or subcontractor facilities; provide access to or furnish Controlled Items to any person except in compliance with applicable Export Control Laws, as construed by Contractor.

  • Supplier shall impose these requirements, 1 through 6 inclusive, suitably revised to properly identify the parties, on all subcontractors to whom Supplier intends to furnish Controlled Items provided by Buyer for use by the subcontractors in performance of subcontracts.

  • If U.S. Government import/export authorization is not available, cannot be obtained, or is obtained and subsequently revoked, Controlled Items to be delivered or exchanged pursuant to this Purchase Document shall not be imported, exported, or re-exported.

  • Such Controlled Items are authorized for export only to Supplier’s country for use by Supplier and may not, without the prior written approval of the U.S. Government, be transferred, transshipped on a non-continuous voyage, or otherwise disposed of in any other country, either in their original form or after being incorporated into other end items.

  • Such laws and regulations include, without limitation, the US Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), regardless of where the Controlled Items were manufactured and regardless of where they are situated.

  • Supplier may convey to subcontractors the right to use the Controlled Items only as required to perform their subcontracts.


More Definitions of Controlled Items

Controlled Items means those supplies and services an agency must purchase through the division, unless exempted via an agency delegation agreement. These include items from the "requisition time schedule," supplies and services available through exclusive term contracts, printing, and new vehicles.

Related to Controlled Items

  • Export-controlled items means items subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR parts 730-774) or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations [(ITAR)] (22 CFR parts 120-130). The term includes—

  • Controlled substances means a substance, including a drug and an immediate precursor listed in Schedules I through V of Subchapter A of the Texas Controlled Substances Act, Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann. Articles
