Convertible Security definition

Convertible Security means one of the Convertible Securities.
Convertible Security means a security of an issuer that is convertible into, or carries the right of the holder to acquire, or of the issuer to cause the acquisition of, a security of the same issuer;
Convertible Security means a security of the Corporation (other than the Warrants) or of any other issuer convertible into or exchangeable for or otherwise carrying the right to acquire Common Shares;

Convertible Security means any stock or securities (other than Options) directly or indirectly convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for shares of Common Stock.
