Convertible Preference Shares definition

Convertible Preference Shares means Series A Convertible Preference Shares, Series B Convertible Preference Shares and the Series C Convertible Preference Shares.
Convertible Preference Shares means the limited-voting convertible preference shares of the Company;
Convertible Preference Shares means the preference shares of beneficial interest in the Trust which have been converted into shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock (as defined below).

Convertible Preference Shares means UTi’s Class A Convertible Preference Shares, Series A, no par value, sold by UTi pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement.
