Corporate Funds definition

Corporate Funds means monies of the Corporation other than proceeds of the 2021 Series F Bonds or other Bonds.
Corporate Funds means all funds received by Xxxxxx Bank on or on behalf of and owned by a business in connection with and/or for crediting to a Corporate Funded Card.
Corporate Funds means monies of the Corporation other than proceeds of the 2020 Series E Bonds.

  • State funds means any funds appropriated by the North Carolina General Assembly or collected by the State of North Carolina. State funds include federal financial assistance received by the State and transferred or disbursed to non-State entities. Both Federal and State funds maintain their identity as they are disbursed as financial assistance to other organizations.
