Council Decision definition

Council Decision means an action by the Council that, subject to the outcome of any Appeal Hearing under the Council’s Rules of Practice, terminates its decision-making process and affects legal rights. A final decision by the Council on a Proposal that approves, approves with conditions or disapproves the Proposal is an example of a Council Decision.
