Survival: All rights and obligations of you and us which expressly or by their nature survive termination of these Terms will continue in full force and effect subsequent to such termination until they are satisfied or otherwise expire. Conflicts: If any of the provisions contained in these Terms conflict with the terms of another agreement between the parties, then these Terms will prevail; provided that, if you are also a Customer, the terms of use applicable to Customers will govern your relationship with glamproZ in that respect.
