Covering Schedule definition

Covering Schedule means the Covering Schedule contained in the first part of this Agreement;
Covering Schedule means the Schedule contained in Part Two of this Agreement;
Covering Schedule means the covering schedule to this agreement;

More Definitions of Covering Schedule

Covering Schedule means the COVERING SCHEDULE on page 2 of the AGREEMENT, recording the details of the parties, the description of the PROPERTY, the purchase price thereof and ancillary information;
Covering Schedule means the schedule of particulars prefixed to this agreement setting out the particulars of the parties, the property, the purchase price, the estimated levies and the estimated dates of occupation/possession and registration of transfer;

Related to Covering Schedule

  • Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.

  • Vesting Schedule means the vesting schedule specified in the Grant Notice pursuant to which the Optionee is to vest in the Option Shares in a series of installments over his or her period of Service.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Remaining Scheduled Payments means, with respect to the Called Principal of any Note, all payments of such Called Principal and interest thereon that would be due after the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal if no payment of such Called Principal were made prior to its scheduled due date, provided that if such Settlement Date is not a date on which interest payments are due to be made under the terms of the Notes, then the amount of the next succeeding scheduled interest payment will be reduced by the amount of interest accrued to such Settlement Date and required to be paid on such Settlement Date pursuant to Section 8.2 or 12.1.

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
