Order Schedule definition

Order Schedule means MSC’s form Order Schedule or any other mutually agreed upon order schedule which references this Agreement (by citing the MSC Agreement Number above or otherwise) and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services to be provided by MSC to Customer hereunder and the fees to be paid by Customer.
Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered. 2.10 “Paid-up License” means a license which has a term beginning on the date specified in the Order Schedule and continuing perpetually. 2.11 “Services” means training or other services, if any, purchased under an Order Schedule.
Order Schedule means a OneStream order schedule in the form attached as Attachment A or other document containing substantially the same information, in either case executed and delivered by the parties.

Examples of Order Schedule in a sentence

  • If Customer wishes to provide access to the SaaS Solution to Customer Affiliates(s) such Customer Affiliate shall enter into a separate Order Schedule with ALERT prior to accessing or using the SaaS Solution.

  • Upon termination of an Order Schedule for use of the SaaS Solution, Company shall immediately cease all use of the SaaS Solution and delete, destroy, or return all copies of the Documentation in its possession or control.

  • Customer will pay ALERT the then applicable fees described in a mutually agreed to Order Schedule in accordance with the terms therein (the “Fees”).

  • Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, any termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section 16 shall not terminate any Order Schedule mutually agreed to prior to any notice of termination herein and the terms of this Agreement shall continue to apply to such Order Schedule(s) unless and until such Order Schedule(s) is are terminated.

  • If Customer’s use of the SaaS Solution exceeds the Identities and/or other limitations set forth on the Order Schedule or otherwise requires the payment of additional fees (per the terms of this Agreement), Customer shall be billed for such usage and Customer agrees to pay the additional fees in the manner provided herein.


More Definitions of Order Schedule

Order Schedule means an order schedule in the form set out in Appendix “A” of this Agreement specifying the License Scope of the Index or Indices (as applicable).
Order Schedule means the schedule in the Agreement which itemizes and describes the Services we are willing to provide to you and any specific fees you are agreeing to pay us for such Services.
Order Schedule means an order form accepted by you requesting the supply of any or all of the Services from us.
Order Schedule means a Hexagon Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and Hexagon, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
Order Schedule means a document agreed between the parties in accordance with Section 2, that details the Hosted Services to be provided by Spirent, the associated fees and other related details, and which is based on the template set out in Exhibit B (Order ScheduleTemplate).
Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software and/or Support ordered. 2.8 “Paid-up License” means a license which has a term beginning on the date specified in the Order Schedule and continuing perpetually, subject to termination as set forth in this Agreement. 2.9 “Software” means the executable code version of the software toolkit specified in the applicable Order Schedule, including any error corrections, updates and subsequent releases thereto furnished by MSC to Customer under Support. 2.10 “Support” means post deployment support as described in Section 6.1 and 6.2 of this Agreement. Additional terms with specific meanings are defined near where they first appear in this Agreement.
