Custodial Services Agreement definition

Custodial Services Agreement means the custodian agreement entered into by the Company and the Custodian dated as of September 15, 2016, as it may be amended from time to time.

Custodial Services Agreement means the custodian agreement entered into by the Fund and the Custodian and certain of its affiliates as of November 20, 2009, as it may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Custodial Services Agreement
