Debenture Trust Deed definition

Debenture Trust Deed means a deed executed by a company and trustees appointed by the deed in connection with the issue of debentures, together with any supplemental deed, resolution or scheme of arrangement modifying the terms thereof, and any deed substituted therefor;
Debenture Trust Deed means, in relation to the Issuera Local Authority, the debenture trust deed made by the Issuerthat Local Authority, under which certain of the Issuer'sLocal Authority's indebtedness may, from time to time, be secured by the issuing of Security Stock.
Debenture Trust Deed means the deed entitled "Deed of Debenture Trust" to be entered into between, amongst others, the Parent, the entities listed in schedule 1 to that deed and the party named as security trustee in that deed.
