Trust Deed definition

Trust Deed means the Trust Deed dated December 9, 2002 of UTI Mutual Fund.
Trust Deed or “Deed” means the Trust Deed of the Fund executed between the Management Company and the Trustee along with all the exhibits appended hereto.
Trust Deed means the deed dated 20 February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager constituting the Burswood Property Trust as amended consolidated and replaced by a deed dated 18 April 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager and includes such last mentioned deed as thereafter from time to time altered or amended with the prior approval of the Minister;

  • All references in this Agreement to an agreement, instrument or other document (including the Trust Deed) shall be construed as a reference to that agreement, instrument or other document as the same may be amended, supplemented, replaced or novated from time to time.

Trust Deed means the AMP Capital Investment Retail Funds Trust Deed dated 24 November 2015 (as amended and consolidated from time to time).
