Dedicated Personnel definition

Dedicated Personnel means individuals employed by or under contract with BNYM whose primary duty is providing services to or on behalf of the Fund.

Dedicated Personnel means the Contractor’s Personnel (other than an apprentice or intern) who provides a service to or on behalf of the Authority involving 2 or more hours of work in any given day in a week, for 8 or more consecutive weeks in a year.

Dedicated Personnel means General Sales Personnel of at least Account Executive level who will be dedicated full-time (100 percent of work time) to the provision of Sales Services pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Dedicated Personnel in a sentence

• The Contractor shall pay to all Dedicated Personnel any increase in respect of the living wage rates for the duration of the contract without incurring additional cost to the Authority.

• As a condition to this Contract, the Contractor and Sub- contractors providing services to the Authority shall pay to all Personnel assigned to this Contract, as a minimum the London Living Wage where they have Dedicated Personnel working on the Authority’s Estate.

More Definitions of Dedicated Personnel

Dedicated Personnel has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.1 hereof.

Dedicated Personnel means that each qualified employee only sells or supports a single Vertical Product in addition to the Horizontal Products.
