Examples of Definitive Certificates in a sentence
Mutilated or defaced Definitive Certificates must be surrendered before replacements will be issued.
New Definitive Certificates shall only be issued against surrender of the existing Definitive Certificates to the Registrar or any Transfer Agent.
In exchange for the Global Certificate the Issuer will deliver, or procure the delivery of, an equal aggregate number of Definitive Certificates, security printed in accordance with any applicable legal and stock exchange requirements and in or substantially in the form set out in the Agency Agreement.
Persons holding ownership interests in the Global Certificate will be entitled or required, as the case may be, under the circumstances described below, to receive physical delivery of Definitive Certificates in fully registered form.
