Delisting Event definition

Delisting Event means any time during the term of this Investment Agreement, that the Company's Common Stock is not listed for and actively trading on the O.T.C. Bulletin Board, the Nasdaq Small Cap Market, the Nasdaq National Market, the American Stock Exchange, or the New York Stock Exchange or is suspended or delisted with respect to the trading of the shares of Common Stock on such market or exchange.
Delisting Event occurs if the American Depositary Shares are delisted from a securities exchange on which the American Depositary Shares were listed and the Company has not listed or applied to list the American Depositary Shares on any other securities exchange.
Delisting Event means any time during the term of this Agreement, that the Common Stock is not listed for and actively trading on a Trading Market, or is suspended or delisted with respect to the trading of shares of the Common Stock on a Trading Market.

Delisting Event means an event or circumstance in connection with or following a Time Warner Transaction whereby the Company is no longer publicly traded with its shares of Class A common stock listed on the NASDAQ Global Market.
