Denominations definition

Denominations. The denomination of any Certificated Note denominated in U.S. dollars will be a minimum of $1,000 or any amount in excess thereof that is an integral multiple of $1,000. The authorized denominations of Certificated Notes denominated in a Specified Currency other than U.S. dollars shall be determined as set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Denominations. The Underwritten Certificates will be issued in book-entry form in minimum denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof.
Denominations. The denomination of any Certificated Note will be a minimum of U.S. $100,000 or any amount in excess thereof that is an integral multiple of U.S. $1,000 or the equivalent, as determined pursuant to the provisions of the applicable Prospectus Supplement, of U.S. $100,000 (rounded down to an integral multiple of 1,000 units of such Specified Currency) and any amount in excess thereof which is an integral multiple of 1,000 units of such Specified Currency.
