Design Professional definition

Design Professional means architect or engineer.

Design Professional means the qualified, licensed person, firm, corporation or in-house force who furnishes design, construction support, and/or construction administration services required for the Project.

Design Professional means the entity defined as an architect and or engineer, or the firm of architects, engineers, or both (and their consultants), which have undertaken to design the Project pursuant to a contract agreement with the Owner.

Design Professional means an individual or firm that is registered by the state board of technical registration pursuant to title 32, chapter 1 to practice architecture, engineering, geology, landscape architecture or land surveying or any combination of those professions and any person employed by the registered individual or firm.
