Designated Representatives definition

Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

More Definitions of Designated Representatives

Designated Representatives means, for a Party, the individuals from that Party identified as such in Schedule A hereto (as such Schedule A may be amended from time to time by any Party by notice to the other Party as provided herein, which amendment shall be effective upon all Parties mutually agreeing in writing to an amended and restated form of Schedule A);

Designated Representatives means, with respect to a Shareholder Party, (a) its and its Affiliates’ directors, managers, officers, attorneys, accountants, consultants, insurers, financing sources and other advisors in connection with such Shareholder Party’s investment in the Company and (b) any of such Shareholder Party’s or their respective Affiliates’ partners, members, shareholders, directors, managers, officers, other fiduciaries, employees or agents in the ordinary course of business, so long as such Person has agreed to maintain the confidentiality of the information relating to the Company provided to it.

Designated Representatives has the meaning set forth in the Stockholders Agreement.
