Designation of Rights definition

Designation of Rights means the Certificate of Designation and Determination of Preferences of the Series HP Convertible Preferred Stock of the Issuer, dated February 17, 1999, creating the Preferred Stock, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
Designation of Rights means the Amended and Restated Certificate of Designation and Determination of Preferences of the Series D Convertible Preferred Stock of the Issuer, filed with the Secretary of State on February 11, 2003, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.

Designation of Rights means the Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Company Designating the Preferences, Rights, and Limitations of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company, as amended, previously filed by the Company with the Division of Corporations of the State of Utah, in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • Bill of Rights means the civil, legal, or human rights afforded to individuals in an adult foster home in accordance with those rights afforded to all other U.S. citizens including, but not limited to, those rights delineated in the Adult Foster Home Bill of Rights for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities described in OAR 411-360-0170.

  • Summary of Rights shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) hereof.

  • Designation Agreement means a designation agreement in substantially the form of Exhibit G attached hereto, entered into by a Bank and a Designated Lender and accepted by the Administrative Agent.

  • Account Designation Letter means a letter from the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, duly completed and signed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, listing any one or more accounts to which the Borrower may from time to time request the Administrative Agent to forward the proceeds of any Loans made hereunder.

  • Series A Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock adopted by the Board of Directors and duly filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on or before the Payment Date substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Articles of Agreement means the Articles of Agreement of the Bank.

  • Amended and Restated Registration Rights Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Notice of Account Designation has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.3(b).
