Series Designation definition

Series Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.3(a).
Series Designation. Senior/Subordinated Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2001-D, Classes X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, A-IO, X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, X and R (collectively, the "Certificates"). The Class X-0, X-0, X-0, X-0, A-IO, M-1, M-2 and B-1 Certificates are collectively referred to herein as the "Underwritten Certificates."
Series Designation has the meaning set forth in Section 1.08(a).
