  • Include a narrative addressing each of the Development Evaluation Criteria, demonstrating how the Application meets each of these criteria, and providing a specific explanation and justification of the points sought for each scoring item.

  • Applications must meet all requirements of the applicable QAP and must meet at least the minimum Development Evaluation Criteria score specified in Section 9, below, to receive an Allocation of Housing Credits.
