Diagnostic Product definition

Diagnostic Product means In Vitro Diagnostics, In Vivo Diagnostic Agents and any other aptamer product used for Diagnosis. For purposes of clarity, the term Diagnostic Product shall not include a product used for the delay of onset or progression of, or treatment or prevention of, an Indication.
Diagnostic Product means an assemblage of reagents, including but not limited to reagents packaged in the form of a kit, useful in performing a Licensed Service.
Diagnostic Product means any product which is used in the diagnosis and monitoring of any disease, state, trait or condition in humans, and which contains a product that (x) was directly developed from the practice of any process or method within the Licensed Technology or (y) incorporates a composition of matter claimed within the Licensed Technology, and (z) is covered by one or more Valid Claims.

More Definitions of Diagnostic Product

Diagnostic Product means a product or kit using Biomarker Information or Program Biomarker Technology which is developed by or on behalf of the Parties and intended to be commercialized to test, identify, diagnose, screen or monitor a human condition or disease, or to predict or evaluate the responsiveness of a patient to treatment or a combination of treatments, other than in the Excluded Uses.
Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.
Diagnostic Product means any biomarker or diagnostic assay or test that is designed for use with, or that relates to, is associated with or is correlated with patient populations that do or do not respond to treatment with, a particular Therapeutic Product or Veterinary Product, as applicable.
