Subject to Licensee’s full compliance with the obligations set forth in this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee and Licensee Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, non-sublicensable royalty bearing license to Make and/or Sell Wi-Fi 6 Products under the Licensed Patents within the Licensed Field in the Territory during the Term.
