Disputed Amount definition

Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).
Disputed Amount has the meaning given to it in clause 28.5.2 (Disputed Amounts);
Disputed Amount means with respect to a particular Disputed Claim, that amount which is equal to the difference, if any, between the Face Amount of such Claim and the amount, if any, of such Claim which the party objecting thereto concedes.

Examples of Disputed Amount in a sentence

  • Customer may, in good faith, dispute any invoice or any part thereof (a “Disputed Amount”) by submitting a written notice of such dispute along with reasonable supporting documentation within thirty (30) days of the date of the initial invoice on which the Disputed Amount appears, failing which Customer waives all rights to dispute such Disputed Amount and to file any claim.

  • The Parties will work together in good faith to resolve the Disputed Amount within thirty (30) days after receipt of Customer’s notice.

  • Such interest shall be computed under Article XXVII, 27.13 as if such portion of the paid Disputed Amount became past due from the Billing Party on the same date the Disputed Amount was paid by the Billed Party.

  • If the Bank Account Holder has already paid the Disputed Amount to the Bank, the Bank shall refund this amount to the Bank Account Holder and the Card Issuer shall refund the Disputed Amount to the Bank.

  • The Cardholder or Bank Account Holder may not claim a refund if the Disputed Amount results causally from a foreign currency conversion, provided that the applicable exchange rate was applied.
