  • A Dissolution Notice may be given whether or not a Dissolution Request has been given to Certificateholders.

  • Failure of the CONTRACTOR to comply with any of theprovisions of this Agreement shall be considered a material breach of Agreement and shall be cause for immediate termination of the Agreement at the sole discretion of the COUNTY.

  • Corporation Request and "Corporation Order" mean, respectively, the written request or order signed in the name of the Corporation by its Chairman of the Board of Directors, its Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, its President or a Vice President, and by its Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary, and delivered to the Trustee.

  • Transaction Request Defined in Section 3.01(a).

  • Mediation Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.
