Documents Schedule definition

Documents Schedule means the schedule of documents set out in the Third Schedule hereto;
Documents Schedule means the attached Documents Schedule
Documents Schedule means the schedule of documents attached reflecting the documents which will be delivered to the Purchaser on the Signature Date in hard copy or electronic format.

  • Known or suspected locations that could involve encounters with ACM during excavation and other soil disturbing construction activities are identified in the (Reference Documents) (Schedule 29).

  • If the Property is a condominium, the Disclosure Documents shall include condominium documents as detailed in the Condominium Documents Schedule, selected as attached in clause 9.1.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.

  • Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.

  • Master Definitions Schedule means the amended and restated schedule of definitions relating to the Programme originally dated the Programme Effective Date and as most recently amended and restated on 18 December 2020 (as further amended, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time).

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.
