DPS Suppliers definition

DPS Suppliers means the suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed under this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement or agreements on the same or similar terms to this Dynamic Purchasing System Agreement as part of the DPS;
DPS Suppliers means those suppliers (including the Supplier) appointed by CCS to this DPS from time to time.
