Employee Options definition

Employee Options means an Option granted to an Eligible Employee pursuant to Section 6.
Employee Options shall have the meaning given in Section 4.5 hereof.
Employee Options means options granted to the officers, directors and employees of the Company pursuant to any stock option plans that are approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
