  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Graduates Employed in the Field means graduates who beginning within six months after a student completes the applicable educational program are gainfully employed, whose employment has been reported, and for whom the institution has documented verification of employment. For occupations for which the state requires passing an examination, the six months period begins after the announcement of the examination results for the first examination available after a student completes an applicable educational program.

  • Exclusive Territory means (1) the states of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana; and

  • Patent Right means: (a) an issued or granted patent, including any extension, supplemental protection certificate, registration, confirmation, reissue, reexamination, extension or renewal thereof; (b) a pending patent application, including any continuation, divisional, continuation-in-part, substitute or provisional application thereof; and (c) all counterparts or foreign equivalents of any of the foregoing issued by or filed in any country or other jurisdiction.

  • licensed activity means any activity set out in section 4 of this licence.
