End User Terms definition

End User Terms has the meaning set forth in Section II.F.1.(v) above.

End User Terms means the terms and conditions applicable to a Second Tier End User’s use of a Service, as accessed through the PCCW Global Networks Website, including payment terms except to the extent that a Service has been designated as a free Service for Second Tier End Users in a particular Order Form.
