Customer Agreement definition

Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.

Customer Agreement means the Microsoft agreement with a Customer that is used to grant a right to the applicable Products to that Customer under this program. Microsoft may revise Customer Agreements for future Customers on not less than thirty (30) days’ notice to Company. Company may not revise the Customer Agreement in any way. “Customer Data” has the meaning assigned to it in the Customer Agreement.
