Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.
Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.
Licensee representative means an owner, director, officer, manager, employee, agent, or other representative of a licensee, to the extent that the person acts in a representative capacity.
Engineer-in-charge means the officer nominated by the company in the Civil Engineering cadreI discipline who is competent to direct supervisors and authorised to be in charge of the works for the purpose of this contract. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge who is of an appropriate seniority, will be responsible for supervising and administering the contract, certifying payments due to the contractor, valuing variations to the contract, awarding extension of time and valuing compensation events. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge may further appoint his representatives i.e. another personIProject Manager or any other competent person and notify to the contractor who is directly responsible for supervising the work being executed at the site, on his behalf under their Delegation of Powers of the company. However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.
Estate Representative means an executor, an administrator, an administrator with the will annexed, a liquidator, or an estate trustee with a will or without a will, whether one or more than one is so appointed;
Principal representative means a senior official of the United States Government serving in a foreign country who has been designated by the Secretary of State as occupying a position of such importance that the Government should defray the unusual expenses incident to the operation and maintenance of his/her official residence.
Customer Service Representative means a person that provides an insurance service and insurance product information:
Owner’s Representative has the meaning given in Section 2.2.
Corporate Representative means an Individual authorised by resolution of the directors or other governing body of a body corporate to represent it;
Trustee Representatives has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).
Licensing representative means a person authorized by the Department under Section 5 of the Child Care Act of 1969 to examine facilities for licensure.
Exclusive representative means the labor organization that, as a result of certification by
Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(c).
Controlling Note Holder Representative shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6(a).
Investor Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).
Tax Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 11.4.
Sellers’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Workplace Representative means a person:
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Issuer Representative means the Chairman of the Board of the Issuer or such other person at the time, and from time to time, designated by written certificate of the Issuer furnished to the Borrower containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate shall designate an alternate or alternates, any of whom may act at any time as Issuer Representative.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
Seller Representative means Xxxxx Bank.
Holders’ Representative means the Holders’ Representative named in the first paragraph of this Agreement or any direct or indirect successor Holders’ Representative designated in accordance with Section 6.3.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
